1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using NorthStrike Casino ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Responsible Gambling Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 19 years of age
• You must be physically located in the Province of Alberta, Canada
• You must not be self-excluded via SelfExclusion.ca or any equivalent program
• You must not be an employee, agent, or contractor of NorthStrike Canada Ltd. or its game providers
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract

3. Account Registration & KYC

All accounts require identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals can be processed. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings.

NorthStrike reserves the right to request identity documents at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: $10 CAD
• Accepted methods: Interac, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay
• All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: $20 CAD
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours after KYC verification
• Withdrawal method must match the deposit method where possible
• NorthStrike reserves the right to delay withdrawals for fraud review

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Bonus offers are subject to individual terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. All bonuses are subject to change or withdrawal at NorthStrike's discretion. Abuse of bonus systems, including multi-accounting or collusion, will result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games on NorthStrike use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) audited by iTech Labs and eCOGRA. Game results are final. Technical malfunctions void all play and pays. NorthStrike reserves the right to void bets placed in error or due to software malfunction.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play
• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Colluding with other players or casino staff
• Exploiting software bugs or errors
• Engaging in money laundering or fraudulent activity
• Accessing the Platform from outside Alberta, Canada

9. Limitation of Liability

NorthStrike is not liable for any loss arising from: internet connectivity issues; server downtime or maintenance; third-party software failures; or events beyond our reasonable control. Maximum liability is limited to the value of funds held in your account at the time of the event.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall first be submitted to NorthStrike's customer support. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to AiGC at aigc.ca.

11. Amendments

NorthStrike reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform with at least 30 days' notice where practicable.
