These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall first be submitted to NorthStrike's customer support. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to AiGC at aigc.ca.

11. Amendments

NorthStrike reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform with at least 30 days' notice where practicable.
